January Fitness Challenge is LIVE!

Kick start your January with me! So, we now know that we will be in our homes again for the next 7 weeks, in a national lockdown it’s really important to stay positive and active as hard as that might be. So this week sees my January Fitness Challenge! Only 15 mins per day and the schedule is this!

Day 1: Legs / Day 2: Abs/ Day 3: Cardio / Day 4: Arms / Day 5: Total Body

The sessions are posted on IGTV at 8am (no, they are not live!) and will be available on the IGTV channel or via my Video on Demand channel for FREE download. If you don’t follow me so far on Instagram click here to follow me and access my IGTV channel.

I have many classes either via the Video on Demand and am adding more all the time including a NEW Stretch class for Tuesday lunchtimes 12-12.30pm so you can work out the kinks for the afternoon!
