Personal Training is super beneficial to obtain a tailor made exercise programme specifically designed for each clients needs, goals, injuries and rehabilitation.
As we age our bones become more brittle meaning that regular weight bearing exercises are crucial to create strong ligaments and improved bone density. The beauty of having a 121 session is that the focus is on YOUR body, YOUR needs and YOUR goals.
My personal training experience has been that clients love the focus and results of a 1/2 session per week. It doesn’t have to be costly and it really can improve muscle and joint health, meaning that we are less likely to incur injuries whilst improving our muscle tone - it’s a win win!
My personal training sessions have also included 121 dance lessons for adolescents and adults. Dance really is the best therapy!
