New Strength Class
As a woman of a ‘certain age’ I have found that weight training is becoming an important part of my fitness program. As we get older we ought to scale back on the constant cardio and introduce weights into our sessions at least 2-3 times per week. It keeps our metabolisms going longer than a run and can help to change the ratio of body fat to lean muscle.
To this end I have set up a new class on a Monday morning 8.15-9am starting September 16th @ Push Studios in East Dulwich. This class will be low impact and high strength, a circuit type class using weights and body resistance to tone, strengthen and make us super strong!!
