Love yourself…
We have heard SO much about self-love at the moment but it’s hard right? When you are juggling kids, work, home, partners, home schooling, figuring out the best time to do the grocery shopping because you can’t get an online slot - it’s all SO stressful!
BUT, if we don’t take care of ourselves we aren’t going to be able to ‘do it all’. As women we STILL adopt the lions share of holding everything together, we need to learn to get better at saying ‘no’ and loving ourselves a whole lot more!
I find dance and exercise is my way of switching my brain off and is my therapy. It's a way of blocking out all the peripheral ‘stuff’ and focusing on me, my body, my brain and rebalances me.
Being good to yourself is not about being narcissistic or self-absorbed it’s about being happy with ourselves.
So do yourself a favour and remember that as lovely as Valentines Day is, it’s just one day and that you should show yourselves love each and every day…
