January challenge…!

So, we’re in yet another state of exercising at home? I thought that it might be a good idea to change things up a bit and set you all (and me!) a 5 day challenge for the New Year. This year more than most means that we will probably over indulge over Christmas - lets face it, what else is there to do?! But come Jan 1st we will undoubtedly feel the need to shale off the last crumbs of mince pies and detox a bit so I thought that we could all set a ten min dance/fitness challenge each day from Monday 5th Jan! It’ll only be ten mins of your day and you can either do the challenge on IGTV at 8am or for free via my Video on Demand Channel later that day. There will be FIVE different sets of dance and fitness based exercises set each day to work the entire body and make you feel fitter and more energised and ready to get back to the studio!!!!
